How do I get a library card?

Please bring your state-issued photo ID to an RCC Library during open hours and we will create an account for you.
Current RCC library hours, locations, and phone numbers.
If you don't have a photo ID, please call to discuss alternatives.
Jackson County Residents Only: If you have a Jackson County Library Services card, it will also serve as your RCC Library card. If you had a card in the past, but no longer have the number or are concerned about old fines, please call or come into the library.
